Muchas gracias, Compañera. Buenas tardes, muy buenas tardes. Hoy és un Día Especial, hoy celebramos 80 Años de nuestra Histórica Relación con la Federación de Rusia, entonces, hace 80 años, la Unión de República Socialistas Soviéticas, y cómo durante todos estos años, pasando por los accidentes de la Historia, accidentes o incidentes, hemos enfrentados victoriosamente ambos Países y Pueblos, guardando la distancia, por supuesto, con la gran Federación Rusa y esta Nicaragua, pequeña geográficamente, pero grande en Heroísmo, grande en Empeño, en Convicción en Determinación, Grande en Espíritu y Grande en su/nuestra Revolución Popular Sandinista.
80 Años de Relaciones, trabajando por la Paz en el Mundo. 80 Años empeñados en unirnos para hacer realidad, porque siempre la Paz está en riesgo, para hacer realidad la Paz para los Pueblos del Mundo.
Grandes Ejemplos nos ha dado la hoy Federación de Rusia, nos dio el Pueblo Soviético, en todas esas jornadas que han sido de Epopeyas Gloriosas, defendiendo el Derecho de la Humanidad a vivir con Derechos precisamente, y a vivir en Paz.
Nos sentimos honrados, privilegiados con esas relaciones que a lo largo de los años y a lo largo del Tiempo, y a lo largo de los Tiempos y las incidencias y coincidencias en los Tiempos se han venido fortaleciendo. Porque los Principios y los Valores siguen siendo los mismos : Luchar por la Unión de los Pueblos, luchar con Valentía por la Paz y la Seguridad para los Pueblos del Mundo, luchar para que los Pueblos vivamos como merecemos, en la Tierra como Paraíso, Patria de la Humanidad.
Honrados y Orgullosos, y saludamos de manera especial a la Misión Diplomática de la Federación de Rusia en Nicaragua, a las Misiones que contribuyen en nuestra Nicaragua con el trabajo por la Paz, con la Salud... Estamos allá en Moscú, está Laureano, está el Doctor López, el General Mojica, trabajando y consolidando Relaciones de Paz y Bien, Relaciones que apuntan a fortalecer Salud, mejores condiciones, más Ciencia para la Salud.
Allá estamos, fortaleciendo también las relaciones en el campo de la Educación, la Ciencia, la Cultura; fortaleciéndonos junt@s en las Batallas que seguimos librando, donde sea necesario librar la Batalla por la Paz.
Todos los días lo decimos : Sin Paz, no hay nada ! Y sin Paz, y más en estas circunstancias, en estos Tiempos que vive el Mundo y la Humanidad, sin Paz vamos a la extinción, a la destrucción de nosotros mismos.
Qué empeño más absurdo, caminar pensando sólo en la destrucción de nuestro Planeta, porque quien actúa contra el Bien Común, contra el Interés Fundamental de la Humanidad, y contra los Derechos también de la Madre Tierra, piensa en la destrucción del Mundo.
A nosotros nos corresponde pensar y defender la construcción, que quiere decir el Mundo, o el Planeta, o la Humanidad, como Herman@s, compartiendo y conviviendo sabiamente, con Sabiduría. La Sabiduría impide que pensemos en la destrucción. La Sabiduría nos hace pensar, planificar y actuar para construir mejores condiciones para las Familias en el Mundo entero.
Allá estamos...! Se realizó un Evento muy lindo, una Exposición de Fotografías, asistió el Vicecanciller Ryabkov, nuestros Amigos allá, ex–Embajadores... Cómo olvidar al querido Compañero, ya en otro Plano de Vida, German Shlyapnikov, quien fue el Primer Embajador, ya en la Nicaragua de Revolución Triunfante, en el 79; a su esposa, que era soprano, no recuerdo en este momento su nombre, pero muy querida, muy apreciada, una gran Artista, y luego todos los Embajadores que han venido a Nicaragua para fortalecer la Unión, la Cooperación, el Respeto, la Solidaridad, precisamente para seguir construyendo el Porvenir. No para negar el Porvenir.
Y nuevamente, en este Día de Celebración de los 80 Años de Hermandad Revolucionaria y Evolucionaria, nuestro Reconocimiento, nuestro Respeto, nuestra Admiración a ese Gran Pueblo Ruso que ha sido Heroico, Único en la defensa que continúa desplegando, de la Paz y el Derecho de la Humanidad a vivir seguros, tranquilos y trabajando, compartiendo los avances de la Ciencia, las Tecnologías, las Culturas... Avances de la Humanidad !
Nuestro Respeto, nuestra Consideración, nuestra Admiración y nuestra Estima al Presidente Vladimir Putin y a tod@s l@s Herman@s del Gobierno, del Estado de la Federación de Rusia, con quienes compartimos Ideales, seguimos compartiendo Ideales, Valores, Aspiraciones, Sueños, todo lo que representa el Derecho Humano a vivir, de verdad, seguros, tranquilos, progresando, prosperando.

En Educación... Centro Educativo Rubén Darío de San Juan de Limay, mejorado. Y este año el éxito és que cerramos el 2024 de Victorias en la Educación, con todos los Docentes, los Maestros, Maestros y Maestras... En una Familia creo que no se dice, llegó el Docente hoy ? Creo que decimos, llegó el Maestro ? Esa palabra és linda...!
Cuando cambiamos por Docente me da la impresión que no conectamos con lo que és nuestra Cultura : El Maestro ! El Maestro és un Guía, un Guía en la Comunidad; Docente me parece a mí más técnico. A mí me gusta decir Maestros, para reconocer la Maestría, la Vocación y la Grandeza de quienes tienen ese Oficio, y ese Oficio Sagrado de enseñar, de mostrar y de además instalar, o continuar o asegurar los Valores y los Ideales de nuestra Cultura de Familia, de Comunidad.
L@s Maestr@s de 9,224 Centros Educativos Públicos han sido Titulados, y nos sentimos contentos y orgullosos, con ellos y sus Familias, de ese Derecho. Porque la verdad, nuestr@s Maestr@s han sido Heroic@s y haber alcanzado su Título, dejar de ser Empíricos, independientemente de que como Maestros en un Oficio Sagrado, como Maestros de hecho eran y son Especialistas, son reconocidos como Inspiradores en la Comunidad, ahora tienen el Título formal. Siempre han sido Maestros, Educadores, Inspiradores, muy respetados en cada Comunidad. Creo que esa palabra, la Maestría, el Maestro, nos hace falta a tod@s.

Thank you very much, compañera. Good afternoon, a very good afternoon. Today is a Special Day for today we celebrate 80 Years of our Historic Relationship with the Russian Federation, back then, 80 years ago, the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, and how during all these years, through all the accidents of history, accidents or incidents, we have victoriously stood together both Countries and Peoples, of course keeping in mind the difference between the great Russian Federation and our Nicaragua, small geographically, but great in Heroism, great in Commitment, in Conviction in Determination, great in Spirit and great too in our Sandinista Popular Revolution.
80 Years of Relations, working for Peace in the World. 80 Years determined to unite to make Peace a reality because it is always at risk, to make Peace a reality for the Peoples of the World. The Russian Federation has given us great examples today and the Soviet People gave us too, through all those days of Glorious Epics, defending the Right of Humanity to live with Rights precisely, and to live in Peace.
We feel honored, privileged with these relation over the years and over Time, and which over Time the incidents and coincidences of our Times have reinforced. Because the Principles and Values remain the same: To Fight for the Unity of Peoples, to strive Courageously for Peace and Security for the Peoples of the World, to strive so that we Peoples can live as we deserve, on Earth as a Paradise, as the Nation of Humanity.
Honored and proud, and we send special greetings to the Diplomatic Mission of the Russian Federation in Nicaragua, to its Missions contributing in our Nicaragua to the work for Peace, in Health... We are there in Moscow, Laureano is there, Doctor López is there, General Mojica is there, working and consolidating relations of Peace and the Common Good, relations aimed at strengthening Health Care, achieving better conditions, with more science to improve Health Care.
There too, we are strengthening relations in the field of Education, Science, Culture; strengthening ourselves together in the battles that we continue to give, wherever it is necessary to fight the battle for Peace.
Every day we repeat: Without Peace, there is nothing! And without Peace, and even more so in these circumstances, in these Times through which the World and Humanity are living, without Peace we are heading for extinction, to our own destruction.
What an absurd endeavor, to go along thinking only of the destruction of our Planet, because whoever acts against the Common Good, against the Fundamental Interest of Humanity, and against the Rights too of Mother Earth, is set upon destroying the World. It is up to us to think for ourselves and defend building together, which means building the World, the Planet, Humanity, as Brothers and Sisters, sharing and living together with understanding, with Wisdom. Wisdom prevents us from contemplating destruction. Wisdom makes us think, plan and act to build better conditions for all the World's Families .
There we are...! A lovely event has been held, an Exhibition of Photographs attended by Vice-Chancellor Ryabkov and our Friends there, former Ambassadors... How can we forget the beloved Comrade, now on another Plane of Life, German Shlyapnikov, who was the First Ambassador, at the time of our Nicaragua in Triumphant Revolution, in 1979; also his wife, who was an accomplished soprano, I don't remember her name at the moment, but very beloved, very much appreciated, a great artist, and too all the Ambassadors who have come to Nicaragua strengthening Unity, Cooperation, Respect, Solidarity, precisely to continue building the Future. Not to negate the future.
And once again, on this Day Celebrating 80 Years of Revolutionary and Evolutionary Brother and Sisterhood, our Recognition, our Respect, our Admiration to the Great Russian People who have been Heroic, unique in the defense of Peace that they continue to maintain and the Right of Humanity to live securely, quiet, working away, sharing the advances of Science, Technologies, Cultures... the Advances of Humanity!
Our Respect, our Consideration, our Admiration and our Esteem to President Vladimir Putin and to all the Brothers and Sisters of the Government, of the State of the Russian Federation, with whom we share Ideals, we continue to share Ideals, Values, Aspirations, Dreams, everything that represents the Human Right to live, truly, securely, peacefully, progressing in prosperity.
In Education... the Rubén Darío School in San Juan de Limay has been improved. And this year the success is that we are closing the 2024 of Victories in Education, with all the Teachers... Among our families I think no one says, did the Educator arrive today? I think rather we say, has the Teacher arrived? That's a nicer word...!
When we change for Educator I get the impression that we don't connect with our Culture: The Teacher! The Teacher is a Guide, a Guide in the Community; Educator seems to me more technical. I like to say Teachers, to recognize the Mastery, the Vocation and the Greatness of those who have that Profession, and that Sacred Office of teaching, of showing and also of inculcating, continuing and ensuring the Values and Ideals of our Family Culture, of Community.
The Teachers of 9,224 Public Educational Centers are now fully qualified, and we are happy and proud, for them and their Families, for having secured that Right. Because the truth is that our Teachers have been Heroic and having achieved their degree qualification, are no longer empirical, beyond the fact that as Teachers theirs is a Sacred Office, as Teachers in fact they were and are Specialists, recognized as inspiring in the Community, and now they all have their formal qualification. They have always been Teachers, Educators, inspiring, great respect in every Community. So I think that is the word we all should all use, Teacher, implying mastery and guidance.
