Reconociéndonos en lucha contra el formato clásico de provocación fascista que atropella y pretende anular los Derechos y Libertades de nuestros Pueblos, a pocas horas de la legítima Juramentación Presidencial del Compañero y Camarada Nicolás Maduro Moros, expresamos a su Pueblo, a sus Instituciones, al Partido Socialista Unido de Venezuela, y al propio y querido Hermano Nicolás Maduro Moros, nuestro firme y permanente respaldo desde nuestra Nicaragua, Bendita y Siempre Libre.
En Unión Nuestroamericana y Caribeña, y en el Supremo Sueño de Bolívar, cuya Espada está en manos de los Pueblos, y en particular del Pueblo Vigoroso, Bravo, Valiente, y Siempre Fuerte y Digno, de su Venezuela Querida, nos abrazamos y avanzamos Siempre al Frente, y Siempre Más Allá !

Recognizing ourselves in the struggle against the classic pattern of fascist provocation that tramples and seeks to annul the Rights and Freedoms of our Peoples, a few hours after the legitimate Presidential Oath given by Comrade Nicolás Maduro Moros, we express to his People, to their Institutions, to the United Socialist Party of Venezuela, and to beloved Brother Nicolás Maduro Moros himself, our firm and permanent support from our Blessed and Forever Free Nicaragua.
In Our American Caribbean Union, and in the Supreme Dream of Bolivar, whose Sword is in the hands of our Peoples, and especially of the Vigorous, Brave, Courageous, and Always Steadfast and Dignified People of his Beloved Venezuela, we embrace and advance Always to the Fore, and Always Further On!
