1) Disminuimos la mortalidad materna en 79.8%, al pasar de 104 muertes maternas en 2006 a 21 en 2024.
2) Redujimos la mortalidad infantil en 52.6%, al pasar de 1,916 niñ@s menores de 1 año fallecidos en 2006 a 908 en 2024.
3) Disminuimos la mortalidad neonatal en 62.5%, pasando de 1,352 recién nacidos fallecidos en 2006 a 507 en 2024.
4) Bajamos la desnutrición crónica en menores de 5 años de 21.7% en 2006 a 4.5% en 2024.
5) Redujimos la mortalidad por cáncer de cuello uterino en 14.4%, al pasar de 228 mujeres fallecidas por cáncer cérvicouterino en 2006 a 195 en 2024.
6) Bajamos la transmisión materno infantil del VIH en 98%; en 2006 se infectaron 56 niñ@s y en 2024 solo 1 niño se infectó.
7) Aumentamos la cobertura de vacunación del 88% en 2006 a 95% en 2024.
8) Incrementamos las atenciones brindadas a la población, pasando de 8,503,987 en 2006 a 35,956,696 de atenciones en 2024.
9) En el 2024, albergamos a 72,161 mujeres embarazadas en las Casas Maternas, sobre cumpliendo en 8.4% la meta establecida.
10) En 2024, brindamos 418,963 atenciones en medicina natural para un sobre cumplimiento en 15.4% de la meta establecida.
11) En 2024, realizamos 422,465 visitas a personas con discapacidad a través del “Programa Todos con Voz”, sobre cumpliendo la meta en 2.5%.
12) En 2024, realizamos 111,590 tomografías y 22,249 resonancias magnéticas, cifras inimaginables sin Revolución.
13) En 2024, realizamos 29,700 ferias de salud, brindando 6.9 millones de atenciones.
14) Desde marzo del 2021 que se realizó la primer cirugía fetal hasta 2024, hemos realizado 483 Cirugías Fetales. Nicaragua es el único país de Centroamérica que realiza este tipo de cirugías gratuitamente en el Sistema Público de Salud.
15) Desde 2007 se dio inicio a la “Operación Milagro” la que nos permitió que centenares de miles de nicaragüenses pudieran disfrutar de nuestro bello “Sol de Encendidos Oros”, desde su inicio hasta el 2024 se han realizado 346,162 Cirugías oftalmológicas de Pterigión y Cataratas.
16) En 2024, realizamos 2,163 sesiones de Medicina Nuclear para el tratamiento del cáncer e hipertiroidismo; de las cuales 1,911 fueron brindadas a pacientes no asegurados y 252 a pacientes asegurados.
17) En 2024, realizamos 40,197 sesiones de Radioterapia para atención a pacientes con cáncer, de las cuales 30,261 fueron realizadas a pacientes no asegurados y 9,936 a pacientes asegurados.
18) En 2024, realizamos 50 cirugías de corazón, de las cuales 23 fueron a pacientes no asegurados y 27 a pacientes asegurados.
19) En 2024, realizamos 1,163,467 sesiones de Diálisis y Hemodiálisis, de las cuales 460,141 fueron brindadas a pacientes no asegurados y 622,378 a pacientes asegurados, otro lado, en el sub sector privado se realizaron 80,948.
20) En 2024, realizamos 31,478 sesiones de Quimioterapia, de las cuales 18,334 fueron realizadas en pacientes no asegurados, 12,810 a pacientes asegurados y 334 a pacientes en el sub sector privado.
21) En 2024, hemos colocado 251 Marcapasos, en 2006 sólo se colocaron 7 Marcapasos.
22) En 2024, realizamos 31 Megaferias de salud (Medicina Interna, Ginecológica, Ortopedia y Neurocirugía), brindando 181,994 atenciones especializadas.
23) Incrementamos en 77%, la cantidad de trabajadores de la salud, pasando de 22,083 en 2006 a 38,984 en 2024.

1) We decreased maternal mortality by 79.8%, going from 104 maternal deaths in 2006 to 21 in 2024.

8) We increased the services provided to the population, going from 8,503,987 in 2006 to 35,956,696 services in 2024.
9) In 2024, we house 72,161 pregnant women in Maternity Shelters, over-complying with the established goal by 8.4%.
10) In 2024, we provide 418,963 attentions in natural medicine for an over compliance of 15.4% of the established goal.

14) Since March 2021, when the first fetal surgery was performed, to 2024, we have performed 483 Fetal Surgeries. Nicaragua is the only country in Central America that performs this type of surgery for free in the Public Health System.
