Querido Hermano Presidente,
En la ocasión especial de conmemorar el 65º Aniversario de la Independencia de la República Centroafricana, este 13 de Agosto, permítanos expresar nuestras más sinceras felicitaciones a Usted, al Hermano Pueblo y Gobierno de la República Centroafricana, así como a todos los que continúan honrando el Legado de Lucha, Dignidad y Soberanía de su Nación.
Recordamos con respeto y admiración el 13 de Agosto de 1960, día en que el valiente Pueblo centroafricano alzó su voz para proclamar su Independencia, dando inicio a una Nueva Etapa de Autodeterminación y Construcción Nacional. Celebramos ese día como un hito en la Historia de África y del Sur Global, marcado por la determinación de los Pueblos de romper con el Colonialismo y afirmar sus Derechos a la Libertad, la Paz y el Desarrollo.
Reconocemos también los esfuerzos que, desde entonces, ha impulsado la República Centroafricana por fortalecer su Soberanía, promover la Reconciliación Nacional y avanzar hacia un Futuro de Bienestar y Justicia Social para todos sus Ciudadanos.
Desde nuestra Nicaragua, Siempre Bendita y Siempre Libre, reiteramos nuestro firme compromiso con el fortalecimiento de los históricos Lazos de Fraternidad, Solidaridad y Cooperación que unen a nuestros Pueblos, compartiendo Ideales comunes de Justicia, Paz y Respeto Mutuo.

Dear Brother President,
On the special occasion of the 65th Anniversary of the Independence of the Central African Republic, this August 13th, we wish to extend our heartfelt congratulations to You, to the Brotherly People and Government of the Central African Republic, as well as to all those who continue to honor the legacy of struggle, dignity, and sovereignty of your Nation.
We recall with respect and admiration that August 13th, 1960 the day on which the brave Central African People raised their voices to proclaim Independence, marking the beginning of a new chapter of self-determination and nation-building. We celebrate that day as a milestone in the history of Africa and the Global South, marked by the determination of peoples to break free from colonialism and affirm their rights to freedom, peace, and development.
We also recognize the efforts made by the Central African Republic since then to strengthen its sovereignty, promote national reconciliation, and move toward a future of well-being and social justice for all its citizens.
From our Nicaragua, Always Blessed and Forever Free, we reaffirm our firm commitment to strengthening the historic bonds of fraternity, solidarity, and cooperation that unite our peoples, as we continue to share common ideals of justice, peace, and mutual respect.
