Hemos conocido con mucha tristeza, el lamentable accidente de tránsito ocurrido la noche de este 19 de Agosto, en la Ciudad de Herat, en el cual perdieron la Vida al menos 71 Herman@s Agfan@s.
En nombre de las Familias y del Pueblo de Nicaragua, de nuestro Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional, y en nuestro propio nombre, transmitimos a Ustedes, a su Gobierno, a las Familias de las víctimas de este trágico accidente y al Hermano Pueblo Afgano, nuestras más Sentidas Condolencias y Solidaridad.

With great sadness, we have learned of the tragic traffic accident that occurred on the night of August 19th, in the city of Herat, in which at least 71 Afghan Brothers and Sisters lost their lives.
On behalf of the Families and People of Nicaragua, our Government of Reconciliation and National Unity, and on our Own Behalf, we convey to You, to Your Government, to the Families of the Victims of this Tragic Accident, and to the Brotherly Afghan People, our Most Heartfelt Condolences and Solidarity.
