Así es. Bueno, pero conversemos un poco de coyuntura. Tú has dicho que Obama, Premio Nobel de la Paz, primero le dieron el Premio Nobel y después se lo ganaba, nunca hizo un mérito, porque, derrocamientos de Gobiernos, guerras, intervenciones, y en el 2015 el decreto declarando a Venezuela un peligro para la Seguridad Nacional de Estados Unidos.
Y ahí empieza, ya había comenzado en el 2013, pero sin estrategias, sin consistencia; empiezan consistentemente a aplicarse sanciones contra Venezuela, y hoy tenemos una flotilla, incluso con un submarino nuclear al frente de las costas de Venezuela para evitar el narcotráfico, y que usted, Presidente, dirige el Cartel de los Soles, del narcotráfico. ¿Qué buscan? ¿Qué objetivo tienen?

Buscan muchas cosas, primero buscan el petróleo, no el narcotráfico, es el petróleo, es el gas.
Venezuela tiene la principal reserva de petróleo del Mundo, que está incrementada ahora por los nuevos factores de recuperación que hay con la tecnología para el petróleo. Tiene la cuarta reserva de gas, que está en todo el Caribe, precisamente donde esta gente mandó la flota. Y Venezuela tiene lo que pudiera ser la primera reserva de oro del Mundo, y así por el estilo.
30 millones de hectáreas de tierra A1, cultivable; agua, un acuífero gigantesco tiene, tenemos el Orinoco al Norte y al Sur del Orinoco, que cruza todo el Sur de Venezuela, agua, agua, agua potable, pero para tirar para el cielo.
Venezuela tiene una posición geográfica fundamental, está en el Norte de Suramérica, viendo hacia Centroamérica, hacia el Norte, hacia el Atlántico.
Tenemos otra Riqueza, el Bolivarianismo, el Proyecto Bolivariano, el Chavismo, que es un Proyecto Independentista de toda la Patria Grande; es un Proyecto Republicano profundamente democrático, y del Socialismo de este Siglo, nuestro Socialismo. No es Socialismo pasado que se conoció. Es el Socialismo Democrático, Libertario, es el Socialismo de la Diversidad Cultural.
A eso es lo que vienen, a tratar, con este relato hollywoodense, a tratar de manchar a la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, a su Liderazgo, a su Presidente, y manchándolo, intentar una operación para agredirnos.
Bueno, tenemos enfrente 8 barcos de guerra, destructores, en el Caribe. Nunca se había visto eso. Nada más se recuerda cuando la crisis de Octubre en 1962, cuando hicieron el bloqueo a Cuba. Bueno, tienen 8 barcos ahora, 1,200 misiles apuntando a nuestras cabezas.
Tienen un submarino nuclear, y ahora dicen que tienen uno en Puerto Rico, que en Puerto Rico llegó el Jefe del Pentágono, y la Gobernadora de Puerto Rico dijo que Puerto Rico era la base para una operación militar contra Venezuela. Lo dijo. La Gobernadora de Puerto Rico se suma a un plan militar.
Yo le digo a la Gobernadora de Puerto Rico: Si usted dice que va a invadir a Venezuela, venga de primera, ¿oyó? Del primer barco se baja usted, que aquí la van a esperar las Mujeres venezolanas, ¿oyó? Y yo sé que el Pueblo de Puerto Rico se va a oponer a que se convierta Puerto Rico en la base militar para agredir a sus Hermanos de Suramérica, a sus Hermanos del Caribe.
Ahora, ¿qué buscan ellos? Buscan, por la vía de la intimidación militar, sacar la cara por la ultraderecha, por la extrema derecha, por los intereses imperiales, porque internamente los hemos derrotado en todos los planos.
Los grupos extremistas de Derecha que representaban a la oposición más rancia, vendepatria, colonialista, del Imperio estadounidense en Venezuela, desaparecieron en Venezuela.
En Venezuela hay un clima político de convivencia, de tolerancia, de participación; venimos de múltiples elecciones, todas se han desarrollado de manera bien, de avance; se renovó la Presidencia de la República; se renovaron las 24 Gobernaciones con Voto Popular; se renovaron las 335 Alcaldías con Voto Popular; se eligió una nueva Asamblea Nacional para el período 2026-2031; hay consultas permanentes a Proyectos Comunitarios; la economía se ha recuperado con esfuerzo propio, paso a paso creciendo una nueva economía.
Así que el Imperio estadounidense se está jugando una carta peligrosa para nuestra Región, pero peligrosa para ellos también, y, además, es una carta extremista.
No pueden decir de Maduro que tiene armas de destrucción masiva. ¿O pueden decir de mí lo que dieron de Sadam Hussein? ¡No pueden! Nadie les creería. Entonces sacan los relatos que han sacado, hollywoodense, donde Maduro es el malo de la película y los buenos son ellos, y entonces van a mandar a su Ejército.
Los buenos de la película, catires, así, rubios, fortachones, vienen a buscar al latino, al malo. Pero la verdad de la película los Pueblos la saben: Que el malo no es el que dicen ellos, que el malo es el que escribe la película, el que hace la película allá; esos son los verdaderos malos, como lo hemos demostrado múltiplemente.
Venezuela es un País Libre, completamente Libre, del fenómeno del narcotráfico. ¡Libre! Aquí no hay una hectárea sembrada de plantaciones de hojas de Coca. No hay laboratorios de Cocaína. Y los que nos meten en la frontera, pin-pun-pá, nosotros mismos los destruimos, nuestras Fuerzas Policiales, nuestras Fuerzas Militares.
No hay ni una hectárea de Marihuana, porque además la Marihuana la producen ahora en territorio estadounidense de manera legal, es una marihuana enriquecida.

Sí. Ante las Cocaína salía por los puertos del Pacífico colombiano. Ahora, el 70% de la Cocaína que se produce en Colombia sale por los puertos del Ecuador.
Ahora, aquí está el dato: El 87% de la Cocaína que se produce en Colombia sale por el Pacífico. El 8% sale por el Norte, la Guajira colombiana, y sólo un 5% intentan pasarlo por Venezuela. De ese 5% nosotros, creo que son más de 100 toneladas, 5%, nosotros logramos incautar y destruir más del 70%, cifras oficiales de la Organización Mundial de Lucha contra el Narcótico.
Ahora, aquí hay otra, esta es la Organización Mundial de Aduanas, que coincide con el Informe de la Unión Europea y de la Organización Mundial de Lucha contra las Drogas, que es de la ONU. Aquí es muy fácil. Mira, todo ellos dicen que estas son las rutas de las drogas.
Esto es oficial, estos no son informes de Venezuela, son informes de la Unión Europea, de la Organización Mundial de Aduanas, y la Organización Mundial de Aduanas dice que, toda la Cocaína está siendo trasladada en navieras y empresas ecuatorianas. Esa es la verdad.

El Imperio estadounidense tiene un plan de guerra para tratar de forzar su hegemonía, política, económica, cultural, y militar, en el Mundo. Es imposible que lo haga, es imposible, porque ya surgió un Nuevo Mundo, ya un Mundo Multipolar es un hecho. Ya las nuevas Regiones Potencia, los nuevos Países Potencia son un hecho. Son Potencia económica, tecnológica, científica, cultural. Son Potencia económica y son Potencia militar.

Con Justicia Social. Entonces, la Paz que ellos quieren imponer, que no es la Paz, es la guerra y el gran negocio de las armas. Así que, bueno, sencillamente, yo confío en la opinión pública mundial y también envió un mensaje permanente a la opinión pública estadounidense.
La opinión pública estadounidense está cansada de las intervenciones militares, de las matanzas, de los cambios de régimen. Y lo que está haciendo el actual Gobierno de Estados Unidos es un relato mentiroso para justificar una acción militar, iniciar una guerra en Suramérica para un cambio de régimen, y para colonizar Venezuela, y colonizando Venezuela colonizar el Caribe, Suramérica y más allá.
Ellos no son superiores a nadie. ¡No! Estados Unidos no se puede creer superior a nadie, no podemos dejar que se imponga un supremacismo racial, clasista, oligárquico, político. ¡No! Sería un nuevo Colonialismo.
Yo siempre le pregunto al Pueblo y a los Militares: Levanten la mano aquí los que quieren ser Colonia otra vez. ¡Nadie! Levante la mano aquí el que quiere ser esclavo. ¿Tú quieres ser esclavo? ¿Tú quieres ser esclavo? ¿Tú quieres ser esclava? Porque ese es el proyecto: Nosotros someternos a su esclavismo.
Correa, el mayor ensayo del Mundo que ellos quieren imponer, es Gaza, Palestina, es exterminar por completo un Pueblo, exterminar una Cultura, y decirle al Mundo: Podemos exterminar a quien nosotros queramos. Ese no es el Mundo que quiere el Pueblo de Estados Unidos, tampoco. Nadie. Que ellos vengan, el cambio de régimen, a imponer un nuevo Colonialismo Mundial ¡No!
Venezuela está en Paz, estamos seguros del camino, estamos del lado correcto de la Historia y somos parte del Mundo Multipolar que ya surgió. Nosotros somos parte de ese Mundo Multipolar y damos nuestras batallas, de la forma que la estamos dando.
Ahora, nosotros estamos sólidos y unidos para construir el País, no para agredir a nadie; nuestras Fuerzas Militares no están pensadas para invadir a nadie, en ningún lado; para atacar a nadie.
Mirá, el fenómeno que se ha dado: Nosotros liberamos el País, Corea, tú conoces bien Venezuela, nosotros liberamos al País de esa delincuencia y bandas delincuenciales que azotaban las ciudades del País y los campos.
Yo te podría decir que en la batalla contra las bandas delincuenciales, el Tren de Aragua, el Tren del Llano, y todos esos Trenes, nosotros hemos avanzado más del 90%. Exterminamos a ese grupo local llamado Tren de Aragua, que ahora lo convierten en un mito, una leyenda, para justificar la agresión política, económica, y ahora la amenaza militar.
Así que creo que, nuestro País seguramente tiene problemas, errores se han cometido, seguro, pero el error que jamás ni nunca cometerá nuestro Pueblo es traicionar nuestra Historia, es traicionar el gentilicio libertador que tiene el Pueblo de Venezuela y que tiene el Pueblo Suramericano.
Si hay que combatir, nuestro Pueblo combatirá, con serenidad, con firmeza, y con Amor profundo, con Pasión, que no lo van a tener los invasores, los agresores. Alguien puede salir, Rafael, a defender el Colonialismo, la nueva esclavitud.

En todo caso, es innegable que ellos tienen la fuerza, tienen el poder mediático nacional, internacional, pueden generar consenso y luego consentimiento. Pueden hacer creer, sobre todo, a gente que quiere creer las más grandes mentiras, el fanatismo y el odio irracional, permite creer lo imposible, negar lo evidente.
Y resulta que, en Colombia la producción de cocaína ha aumentado, sobre todo en el Gobierno de Duque. En Ecuador con los tres últimos Gobiernos de Derecha nos convertimos en el primer exportador de cocaína del mundo.
Por el contrario, Venezuela fue declarada por Naciones Unidas en el 2016, me parece, Territorio Libre de Cultivos Ilícitos; pero los que apoyan el tráfico de droga son ustedes.

Un mundo al revés. Tenemos un Secretario de Estado, de Estados Unidos que cuando se le dice aquello: Pero si la ONU declaró Libre de Cultivo Ilícito a Venezuela. A mí no me importa lo que diga la ONU.
¿Qué hacer ante gente tan primaria, que incluso desconoce la institucionalidad mundial, el orden jurídico, en incipiente orden, frágil, y el orden jurídico? Lo poco que tenemos de orden jurídico a Nivel Internacional, incluso eso lo desconocen.

Me indignan estas cosas, me indigna la doble moral, insulto de ofrecer una recompensa por un Presidente latinoamericano, cuando son otros Presidentes los acusados hasta de agresiones sexuales, por decenas y que están dirigiendo el mundo, pretenden dirigirlo. ¿Pero, qué opina de estas tonterías que vienen desde el Gobierno de Estados Unidos?

Así que ellos han tenido distintas narrativas. En el pasado era el Comunismo, derrocaron a Jacobo Arbenz en Guatemala por Comunista. Invadieron a Juan Bosch, gran Eminencia, Juan Bosch en República Dominicana por Comunista; eso fue en el 65.

Luego empezaron a acusar de terroristas, Bin Laden, ISIS, que los crearon ellos, y así; las armas de destrucción masiva en Irak. Siempre hay un relato para falsear la realidad y justificar lo injustificable; ahora este es el nuevo relato que ten la seguridad...

Porque desde Estados Unidos es que se dirige todo el narcotráfico de Suramérica y del mundo, porque también dirige el narcotráfico del opio, etc., etc. Es en los Estados Unidos, que está la mafia, que están los verdaderos Carteles.

I remember how the press criticized him, how they tried to assassinate his reputation, and when he came to visit us in Ecuador, we would go out on the street and we couldn't make our way, because everyone was crowding to greet him. The same with Fidel.

You have said that Obama, a Nobel Peace Prize laureate, was first given the Nobel Prize before earning it, since it never had any merit, given his overthrows of governments, wars and interventions, and in 2015 the decree declaring Venezuela a danger to the National Security of the United States.
And there it began, it had already begun in 2013, but without strategy, without consistency; sanctions were beginning to be applied consistently against Venezuela, and today we have a flotilla, even with a nuclear submarine off the coast of Venezuela so as to prevent drug trafficking, saying that you, a President, lead the Cartel de los Soles, trafficking drugs. What are they after? What is their goal?

They are after many things, first they are looking for oil, not drug traffickers, it is about oil, it is about gas.
Venezuela has the main oil reserves in the world, which are now increased by the new recovery factors that exist with oil technology. It has the fourth gas reserves, which are all over the Caribbean, precisely where these people sent their fleet. And Venezuela has what could be the world's leading gold reserves, and so on.
30 million hectares of A1 arable land; water, a gigantic aquifer, we have the Orinoco to the North and South of the Orinoco, which crosses the entire South of Venezuela, water, water, drinking water, enough to throw up into the sky.
Venezuela has a fundamental geographical position, it is in the northern part of South America, facing Central America, towards the north and towards the Atlantic.
We have other great wealth, Bolivarianism, the Bolivarian Project, Chavismo, which is an Independence Project of the whole Greater Patriotic Nation; it is a deeply democratic Republican Project, one of the Socialism of this Century, our Socialism. It is not past socialism that was known. It is Democratic, Libertarian Socialism, it is the Socialism of Cultural Diversity.
That's what they are coming to, to try, with their Hollywood narrative, to try to smear the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, its Leadership, its President, and after smearing it, to try an operation to attack us.
Well, we have in front of us 8 warships, destroyers, in the Caribbean. That's never been seen before. The only thing like it is the memory of the October crisis in 1962, when they made the blockade of Cuba. Well, they have 8 ships now with 1,200 missiles pointed at our heads.
They have a nuclear submarine, and now they say they have one in Puerto Rico, that the Head of the Pentagon arrived in Puerto Rico, and the Governor of Puerto Rico said that Puerto Rico was a base for a military operation against Venezuela. He said it. The Governor of Puerto Rico joined a military plan.
I say to the Governor of Puerto Rico: If you say you are going to invade Venezuela, come first, do you hear? You get off the first boat, and Venezuela's women are going to be waiting for you here, do you hear? And I know that the people of Puerto Rico are going to oppose turning Puerto Rico into a military base to attack their Brothers and Sisters from South America, their Brothers and Sisters from the Caribbean.
Now, what are they afterr? They seek, through military intimidation, to look good for the ultra-right, for the extreme right, for imperial interests, because internally we have defeated them at all levels.
The Right-wing extremist groups that represented the most rancid, patriotic, colonialist opposition of the American Empire in Venezuela, they disappeared in Venezuela.
In Venezuela there is a political climate of coexistence, of tolerance, of participation; we have come through multiple elections, all have been carried out in a very orderly way, one of progress; the Presidency of the Republic was renewed; the 24 Governorships were renewed with a Popular Vote; the 335 Mayoralties were renewed with a Popular Vote; a new National Assembly was elected for the period 2026-2031; there are permanent consultations to Community Projects; the economy has recovered by its own efforts, step by step growing a new economy.
So the American Empire is playing a dangerous card for our Region, but dangerous for them too, and, moreover, it is an extremist card.
They cannot say of Maduro that he has weapons of mass destruction. Or can they say about me what they said about Saddam Hussein? They can't! No one would believe them. So they take out the stories they have spread about, Hollywood tales, where Maduro is the bad guy in the movie and they are the good guys, and so then they are going to send their Army.
The good guys in the movie, the blond guys, like the blond haired tough guy who goes looking for the Latino, the bad guy. But people know the truth about that movie: That the bad guy is not the one they say, in fact the bad guy is the one who writes the movie, the one who makes the movie; those are the real bad guys, as we have proven many times.
Venezuela is a free country, completely free of the phenomenon of drug trafficking. Free of it! There is not a hectare planted with coca leaf plantations here. There are no cocaine labs. And those who bring it to the border, pin-pun-pa, we destroy them ourselves, with our Police Forces, our Military Forces.
There is not even one hectare of marijuana, because after all, marijuana is now produced in the United States legally, it is an enriched marijuana.

Now, here's the fact: 87% of the cocaine produced in Colombia goes out through the Pacific. 8% leaves through the North, the Colombian Guajira, and only 5% tries to pass through Venezuela. Of that 5% we, I think it is more than 100 tons, 5%, we managed to seize and destroy more than 70%, official figures of the World Organization for the Fight against Narcotics.
Now, here is another one, this is the World Customs Organization, which coincides with the Report of the European Union and the World Organization for the Fight against Drugs, which is from the UN. It's very straightforward. Look, they all say that these are the drug routes.
This is official, these are not reports from Venezuela, they are reports from the European Union, from the World Customs Organization, and the World Customs Organization saying that all the cocaine is being transferred in Ecuadorian shipping companies and bnusinesses. That's the truth.

China, Russia, India, are the three flagships of the Multipolar World, but along with all those go Asia, Africa, Latin America, the Caribbean. There is already a Multipolar World, it already exists, and the United States has a plan to use force in that new situation. And force, force and more force. That's why they talk about imposing peace by force. Of course it's not peace! Because they are talking, while they mouth Peace, about slavery, colonialism, cemeteries.

The US public is tired of military interventions, of massacres, of regime changes. And what the current US government is doing is lying with a story to justify a military action, to start a war in South America for a regime change, to colonize Venezuela, and by colonizing Venezuela to colonize the Caribbean, South America and beyond.
They are not superior to anyone. No! The United States cannot be allowed to believe itself superior to anyone, we cannot let racist, class, oligarchic, political supremacism be imposed. No! It would be a new colonialism.
I always ask the people and the military: Raise your hand here those who want to be a colony again. No one! Raise your hand here the one who wants to be a slave. Do you want to be a slave? Do you want to be a slave? Because that's their project: We submit to their slavery.
Correa, the biggest test in the world that they want to impose is Gaza, Palestine, it is to completely exterminate a People, exterminate a Culture, and tell the World: We can exterminate whoever we want. That's not the world the US people want, either. No one. That they come then, with regime change, to impose a new World Colonialism No!
Venezuela is at Peace, we are sure of the way ahead, we are on the right side of history and we are part of the Multipolar World that has already emerged. We are part of that Multipolar World and we give battle the way we are giving it.
Now, we are solid and united to build the country, not to attack anyone; our Military Forces are not designed to invade anyone, anywhere; to attack anyone.
Look at the phenomenon that has occurred: We liberated the Country, Correa, you know Venezuela well, we liberated the country from crime and the criminal gangs that plagued the country's cities and the countryside.
I could tell you that in the battle against the criminal gangs, the Aragua Train, the Tren del Llano, and all those gangs, we have advanced more than 90%. We exterminated the local group called Tren de Aragua, who now get turned into a myth, a legend, to justify political and economic aggression, and now this military threat.
So I think that our country probably has problems, mistakes have been made, for sure, but the mistake that our People have never made and will never make is to betray our History, betray the liberating generosity that the People of Venezuela have and that the South American Peoples have.
If we have to fight, our People will fight, with serenity, with firmness, and with deep Love, with Passion, that the invaders, the aggressors, are never going to have. Although some people will come out, Rafael, to defend colonialism and the new slavery.

Unfortunately, some Latin Americans already do, Mr. President, don't let anyone be fooled on that. Unfortunately there are sell-outs in our America.

Former President Lasso, former President of the Republic of Ecuador, just said in an interview on CNN with Fernando del Rincón, that he would support a US bombing on our nation's soil, on Ecuadorian soil, to combat drugs. I mean, since when has drug trafficking been fought with bombing? But to allow a bombing in your own Nation, and nothing happens. That quisling should be brought to justice.

Of course, because there is simply a Right wing that emerged as a reaction to the Progressive Spring of 2003 to 2014, 2015, the Right that emerged, is a rustic, extremist, mother-selling Right; the worst Right wing that there has been in 150 years on the Continent.
Because there has always been Right, Left, Center-right, Center-Left, but from political, sensible, constitutional, often nationalist positions. Not today, today they are simply direct agents of imperialist foreign forces, and they are not political leaders.

I have heard Right-wing leaders, opponents of your Government, President, but Nationalist Patriots, saying, I may be totally opposed to Chavismo, to the Government of President Nicolás Maduro, but faced with the first shot fired at a Venezuelan soldier, we all have one Government and one Nation; they will unite the Venezuelan people.

And it turns out that cocaine production has increased in Colombia, especially under Duque's government. In Ecuador, with the last three Right-wing governments, we became the world's leading exporter of cocaine.

Threats, sanctions and blockades brought out the best in Venezuelans, and we became great entrepreneurs of work, life, production. And the difficulties allowed us to reinvent ourselves. So, yes, it is possible, we have achieved it, and we are going to continue moving forward on that path.
