Hermano Primer Ministro :

En nombre del Pueblo y Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua, y en nuestro propio nombre, transmitimos a Usted y al Hermano Pueblo y Gobierno del Reino de Camboya, nuestras más Sinceras Felicitaciones con motivo de la Conmemoración del 72º Aniversario del Día de la Independencia, el próximo 9 de noviembre.

Nos unimos a Ustedes en la Conmemoración de esta fecha histórica que refleja el espíritu, dignidad y cultura milenaria del Pueblo Camboyano, así como su determinación de avanzar en Paz, Unidad y Prosperidad.

Esta ocasión es también propicia para reafirmar nuestro firme compromiso de continuar fortaleciendo los Lazos de Amistad, Solidaridad y Cooperación que unen a nuestros Pueblos y Gobiernos, cimentados en los principios de Independencia, Soberanía, Autodeterminación, Justicia y Respeto Mutuo que compartimos.

We join You in the Commemoration of this historic date, which reflects the spirit, dignity and ancient culture of the Cambodian People, as well as its determination towards Peace, Unity and Prosperity.

This occasion is also an opportunity to reaffirm our firm commitment to continue strengthening the Bonds of Friendship, Solidarity and Cooperation that unite our Peoples and Governments, based on the principles of Independence, Sovereignty, Self-Determination, Justice and Mutual Respect that we share.
