En la especial y memorable ocasión de conmemorar el 72º Aniversario de la Independencia del Reino de Camboya, el Pueblo y Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua, y nosotros personalmente, expresamos nuestras más fraternas y calurosas felicitaciones a Usted, a Su Gobierno y al Hermano Pueblo Camboyano, que con orgullo celebra esta Fecha de Dignidad, Libertad y Victoria Nacional.
Ese Triunfo permanece como ejemplo vivo de Coraje y Sabiduría, de Resistencia y Esperanza, Valores que inspiran hoy a las Naciones Libres que defienden su Soberanía frente a los nuevos desafíos del Siglo XXI.

On the special and memorable occasion of the 72nd Anniversary of the Independence of the Kingdom of Cambodia, the People and Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of the Republic of Nicaragua, and we personally, extend our warmest and most fraternal congratulations to You, to Your Government, and to the Brotherly People of Cambodia, who proudly celebrate this day of dignity, freedom, and national victory.
That triumph remains a living example of courage and wisdom, of endurance and hope—values that continue to inspire free nations which today defend their sovereignty in the face of the new challenges of the 21st century.
