Querido Hermano,
En nombre del Pueblo y Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua y en nuestro propio nombre, permítanos expresarle nuestras más cálidas Felicitaciones a Usted, a Su Gobierno y al Hermano Pueblo de Libia, en la especial ocasión de conmemorar el 74º Aniversario de su Independencia, este próximo 24 de Diciembre.
En esta fecha histórica, recordamos aquella gesta de afirmación de Identidad y de Autodeterminación del Pueblo libio que sigue siendo fuente de inspiración para los Pueblos que defendemos nuestro derecho inalienable a vivir libres de toda forma de dominación y de injerencia externa.
Desde nuestra Nicaragua, Siempre Bendita y Siempre Libre, reiteramos nuestra firme voluntad de seguir fortaleciendo los Lazos de Amistad, Solidaridad y cooperación entre nuestros Pueblos y Gobiernos, sobre la base del respeto mutuo, la igualdad soberana de los Estados y la no injerencia en los asuntos internos.

Dear Brother,
On behalf of the People and Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of the Republic of Nicaragua and on our own behalf, allow us to express our warmest congratulations to you, your Government and the brotherly people of Libya, on the special occasion of commemorating the 74th Anniversary of its Independence, this coming December 24.
On this historic date, we remember that feat of affirmation of identity and self-determination of the Libyan people that continues to be a source of inspiration for the peoples who defend our inalienable right to live free from all forms of domination and external interference.
From our Nicaragua, Always Blessed and Always Free, we reiterate our firm will to continue strengthening the bonds of friendship, solidarity and cooperation between our peoples and Governments, on the basis of mutual respect, the sovereign equality of States and non-interference in internal affairs.
