En ocasión de su Reelección como Secretario General del Comité Central del Partido Popular Revolucionario de Laos (PPRL), expresamos nuestras Calurosas Felicitaciones en nombre del Frente Sandinista de Liberación Nacional, y del Pueblo y Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua.

Hacemos extensivas nuestras felicitaciones a l@s Compañer@s del Partido Popular Revolucionario de  Laos (PPRL), en especial quienes resultaron electos durante el XII Congreso Nacional del Partido, con la certeza de que el Heroico Pueblo de Laos continuará avanzando sobre Sendas de Paz, Desarrollo Económico, Estabilidad y Bienestar Social.
