En nombre del Pueblo y Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua, y en nuestro propio nombre, desde esta nuestra Nicaragua Bendita y Siempre Libre, hacemos llegar las más Sinceras Felicitaciones a Usted y al Hermano Pueblo de Portugal, por la contundente Victoria alcanzada durante las Elecciones Presidenciales celebradas este 8 de febrero.

Esta ocasión es propicia para expresarle nuestro deseo de trabajar junto a Usted en el fortalecimiento de las Relaciones de Amistad, Respeto y Cooperación que nos unen, así como en la construcción de un Mundo Multipolar más Solidario, Justo, Inclusivo, en Paz, Bienestar y Desarrollo para las generaciones venideras.
