En nombre del Pueblo y Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de Nicaragua, del Frente Sandinista de Liberación Nacional, y en nuestro propio nombre, deseamos transmitir a Ustedes, al Pueblo y Gobierno de la República Democrática Popular Lao nuestras Cálidas Felicitaciones por su Reelección como Presidente y Primer Ministro, respectivamente, para el período 2026-2031.

Nos unimos al Querido Pueblo de Laos en la Celebración de la Sesión Inaugural de la X Asamblea Nacional el pasado 23 de Marzo, donde resultaron electas las principales Autoridades del País, ratificándose una vez más la Confianza del Pueblo Laosiano en el Glorioso Partido Popular Revolucionario de Laos (PRPL).

Tenemos la certeza que con su liderazgo, compromiso y entrega, el Heroico Pueblo de la República Democrática Popular Lao continuará avanzando sobre Sendas de Paz, Integración, Justicia, Desarrollo Económico, Estabilidad y Bienestar Social a favor de las generaciones venideras.

El Gobierno de Nicaragua aprovecha la oportunidad para reafirmar su inquebrantable compromiso de seguir estrechando los Lazos de Hermandad Revolucionaria, Solidaridad y Cooperación que unen a nuestros Países en su Lucha por la Independencia, Soberanía Nacional y Autodeterminación.

Democratic Republic, our Warmest Congratulations on your Re-election as President and Prime Minister, respectively, for the 2026-2031 term.

We join the Beloved People of Laos in celebrating the Opening Session of the 10th National Assembly on 23rd March, where the country's principal authorities were elected, reaffirming once again the Confidence of the People of Laos in the Glorious Lao People's Revolutionary Party (LPRP).

We are certain that with your leadership, commitment and dedication, the Heroic People of the Lao People's Democratic Republic will continue to advance on the Paths of Peace, Integration, Justice, Economic Development, Stability and Social Well-Being for the benefit of future generations.
