En nombre del Pueblo y Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua, y en el nuestro propio, deseamos expresar a Usted, al Hermano Pueblo y Gobierno de la República Gabonesa, nuestras más cálidas y sinceras Felicitaciones con motivo de la conmemoración del 66º Aniversario de su Independencia, saludando la Valentía, Dignidad y Determinación del Pueblo Gabonés en la defensa de su Soberanía, Autodeterminación y Derecho a construir su propio destino como Nación Libre e Independiente.

Desde nuestra Nicaragua, Bendita y Siempre Libre, reiteramos nuestra voluntad de continuar fortaleciendo los Lazos de Hermandad, Solidaridad, Amistad y Cooperación que unen a nuestros Pueblos y Gobiernos.
