Dear President:

On the occasion of the 64th Anniversary of the Independence of the brotherly people of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, on behalf of the People and Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of the Republic of Nicaragua, and on our own behalf, we extend our congra-tulations to the people and government of Trinidad and Tobago.

Nicaragua reaffirms its commitment to continue strengthening the bonds of fraternity and solidarity that unite our nations.

From our Nicaragua, Always Blessed and Always Free, we transmit a gesture of affection and brotherhood for the beloved people of Trinidad and Tobago.
