Muy buenas tardes, Queridas Familias de nuestra Nicaragua Bendita... Bendecidos estamos... Agradecidos al Padre Celestial estamos... Adelante Vamos, de la Mano de Dios, de la Mano de Dios, Siempre, como Pueblo Cristiano, Socialista y Solidario.
Hoy saludamos a la Juventud de Todos los Tiempos en la Presencia Inmortal del Espíritu Valiente, Decidido, que manifestó en la entrega a Nicaragua y a nuestra Libertad, el Héroe Nacional, Poeta Incandescente, Rigoberto López Pérez.
Desde los Jóvenes de Todos los Tiempos que hemos sabido reconocer su Gesta y su Consagración, e inspirarnos en su Vocación de desprendido Amor a nuestro Pueblo y a nuestra Nicaragua, continuamos ahora librando las Batallas indispensables para avanzar contra la Pobreza.
Rigoberto, un Hombre humilde, de Familia humilde, nacido y criado en la Capital de la Revolución, León Santiago de los Caballeros, nos legó el Ejemplo del que fue Continuador, el Ejemplo Inmortal de nuestro General Sandino, de nuestro General Benjamín Zeledón, y de todos los Héroes que “no dijeron que morían por la Patria”, sino que se encendieron en llamas de Pasión ardiente y de Fé en las Victorias Venideras, Fé en el Pueblo, Fé en Dios.
Rigoberto, como cada uno de nuestros Héroes, abrió puertas para la Libertad, la Dignidad, la Hermandad, y la Plenitud de la Vida que en Justicia, Luz y Verdad siguen haciendo posible la Liberación que merecemos.
Rigoberto, Semilla, Llama, de estas Batallas que hoy libramos con Orgullo genuino, para que la Pobreza sea Historia pasada, y la Alegría, la Mejoría, la Confianza, la Seguridad, la Estabilidad, la Prosperidad y la Paz sean nuestro Presente y la Promesa verídica de una Cosecha de Futuro... Presente y Horizonte Libres de Pobreza !
Elevamos nuestros Corazones, nuestras Almas, como Pueblo agradecido al Dios de Todos los Triunfos, para que la capacidad de amar nos crezca cada día y favorezca todos nuestros Propósitos de Paz, Fraternidad y Bienestar.
Abrimos Semana invitándonos tod@s a participar el 24 en el Ejercicio de Protección de la Vida en tantas circunstancias que pueden afectarnos, climáticas, volcánicas, originadas en los riesgos que a partir de la Injusticia Climática o de la Locura Climática, sobre todo de la avaricia del llamado Primer Mundo, se han venido recrudeciendo en todas partes.
Nuestra Nicaragua no és una excepción, por lo tanto, lo sabio és aprender a vivir esos riesgos con la menor afectación posible a la Vida de tod@s.
Proteger la Vida és caminar, creando Porvenir.
Esta Semana nos proponemos participar plenamente de las Festividades de Nuestra Señora de la Merced, en León y Matagalpa. También participamos, con esa Identidad Fervorosa, Tradicional, Cultural y Gloriosa, en las Fiestas de Masaya, de San Jerónimo Doctor, y en Sutiaba también, donde se celebra con un recorrido desde la Catedral de León hasta la Comunidad Originaria de Sutiaba, en la Capital de la Revolución, en León.
Igualmente, nos preparamos para celebrar a la Virgen del Rosario en Estelí, Bluefields, El Rosario en Carazo, y en Comunidades de otros Departamentos del País. También San Francisco de Asís en Cuapa, La Concordia, Camoapa, León, San Francisco Libre, San Francisco del Norte, Los Brasiles, Mina El Limón, Buenos Aires, Rivas.
En todas partes se realizarán los Ritos Tradicionales de estos Festejos Religiosos.
Y siempre alrededor de nuestra Fé, nos preparamos también para el Día de la Biblia que se celebra el 27, coordinando con las Iglesias Cristianas, las Iglesias Evangélicas, para Celebraciones Hermosas, propias de nuestras Creencias, de nuestra Fé, en distintos Municipios del País.
Esta Semana, igualmente, estamos participando con el Orgullo de Vivir en Paz y la Alegría de estar en Paz, celebrando la Paz, participando, decíamos, en las Sesiones, Reuniones y Encuentros de la 81 Asamblea General de Naciones Unidas en Nueva York, a través de nuestra Misión, de Nicaragua, ante ese Organismo Internacional, y nuestros Ministros Jaime y Valdrack.
Tenemos un Programa amplio de Encuentros y Reuniones con Representantes de Estados, Gobiernos y Organismos que se han venido consolidando para librar, en Unidad y Comunidad, las Batallas indispensables para la Paz y el Derecho al Desarrollo en Pueblos y Países de nuestra Comunidad Humana.
Avanzamos también en todos los temas destacados de Educación, en todas las Modalidades, en las Universidades, en los Centros Técnicos, en Primaria, Secundaria, Formación Docente... En las Universidades, decíamos, tantas Carreras que hay ahora, no sólo Presenciales en todo el País, en el Campo, a Distancia... Una Revolución Verdadera !
Y avanzando también en la protección y promoción de la Salud, por supuesto, esa Salud que destaca la atención a los padecimientos propios de estas temporadas de lluvias que, Gracias a Dios, Aguas Benditas, que nos llegan para Bien de Tod@s, y para nutrir y posibilitar nuestros cultivos, nuestra producción, nuestra Seguridad Alimentaria, las Mesas de los Hogares y Familias. Y nuestras exportaciones, por supuesto.
Avanzamos en Complementariedad efectiva y provechosa desde todas las Alcaldías en los ámbitos propios de su labor : Viviendas, Calles, Caminos, Parques, Espacios Deportivos, Espacios de Recreación, Espacios Culturales, Espacios de Producción o para la promoción de la Producción, de los Emprendimientos, del Comercio, y todo lo que corresponde al desarrollo de la Vida Sana, Saludable, Alegre, todo lo que corresponde a la solución de tantos problemas que nos dejaron los años de la Oscuridad Neoliberal !
Desde todas las Entidades de nuestro Estado y Gobierno trabajamos atendiendo todos los temas pertinentes, para hacer posible el máximo de atención, desde nuestras funciones, a la Seguridad de las Familias en todas partes. Seguridad Soberana y Ciudadana que continúa siendo nuestra Prioridad, para que la Paz se consolide y los frutos de la Concordia se multipliquen en todas partes, en forma de Bienestar.
Saludamos con Cariño, el día de hoy, a todos los más de 1,500 Hogares y Familias que en las distintas Comunidades de nuestra Patria Bendita han recibido a sus Parientes para una nueva oportunidad de Vida, en esa valiosa Política de Convivencia Familiar que alienta y protege nuestro Gobierno, el Gobierno del Pueblo Presidente, a través del Ministerio del Interior.

Good afternoon, beloved families of our Blessed Nicaragua... We are blessed... We are grateful to the Heavenly Father... We go onward, Hand in Hand with God, always Hand in Hand with God, as a Christian, Socialist and Solidarity inspired People.
Today we greet the Youth of All Times in the Immortal Presence of the Courageous, Determined Spirit, manifest in his dedication to Nicaragua and to our Freedom, the National Hero, Incandescent Poet, Rigoberto López Pérez.
From the Young People of All Times who have recognized his Deed and his Consecration, and been inspired by his vocation of Unselfish Love for our People, for our Nicaragua, and now we continue striving in these indispensable Battles to overcome Poverty.
Rigoberto, a humble man, from a humble family, born and raised in the Capital of the Revolution, León Santiago de los Caballeros, bequeathed to us the example which he inherited, the Immortal Example of our General Sandino, of our General Benjamín Zeledón, of all the Heroes who “did not say they were dying for the Nation” but who simply lit up in flames of ardent Passion and Faith in the Victories to Come, Faith in the People, Faith in God.
Rigoberto, like each of our Heroes, opened the doors to Freedom, Dignity, Brother and Sisterhood, and the Fullness of Life which in Justice, Light and Truth continue to make possible the Liberation we all deserve.
Rigoberto, Seed, Flame, of these Battles which we fight today with genuine Pride, to make Poverty a thing of Past History, so that Joy, Improvement, Confidence, Security, Stability, Prosperity and Peace may be our Present and true Promise of a Future Harvest... a Present and a Horizon Free from Poverty!
We lift up our Hearts, our Souls, as a People grateful to the God of All Triumphs, so that our capacity to love grows every day and favors all our purposes of Peace, Fraternity and Well-being.
We start this week inviting everyone to participate on the 24th of this month in the Exercise to Protect Life in so many circumstances that can affect us, climatic, volcanic, those originating from the risks of Climate Injustice or Climate Madness which have been intensifying everywhere, resulting especially from the greed of the so-called First World.
Our Nicaragua is no exception, therefore, the wise thing is to learn to live with these risks so they have the least possible impact on everyone's life.
To protect life is to make our way ahead, to create a future.
This week too we propose to participate fully in the Festivities of Our Lady of Mercy, in León and Matagalpa. We will also participate, with that fervent, traditional, cultural Glorious Identity, in the Festivities of Masaya, of San Jerónimo the Doctor, and also in Sutiaba, celebrated with a procession from the Cathedral of León to the Original Community of Sutiaba, in the Capital of the Revolution, in León.
Likewise, we are preparing to celebrate the Virgin of the Rosary in Estelí, in Bluefields, El Rosario in Carazo, and in communities in other departments of the Country. Also Saint Francis of Assisi in Cuapa, La Concordia, Camoapa, León, San Francisco Libre, San Francisco del Norte, Los Brasiles, Mina El Limón, Buenos Aires, and Rivas.
The traditional rites of these religious celebrations will be performed everywhere.
And always to do with our Faith, we also prepare for the Bible Day which is celebrated on the 27th of this month, coordinating with Christian Churches, Evangelical Churches, in beautiful celebrations, typical of our Beliefs, of our Faith, in the country’s different municipalities.
This week, too, we are participating with the pride of living in Peace and the joy of being at Peace, celebrating Peace, participating, as we said, in the sessions, meetings and gatherings of the 81st United Nations General Assembly in New York, through our mission from Nicaragua, to that International Organization, and our Ministers Jaime and Valdrack.
We have an extensive program of meetings and talks with representatives of the States, Governments and Organizations which have been consolidating to fight, in Unity and Community, the indispensable Battles for Peace and the Right to Development for the Peoples and Countries of our Human Community.
We are also making progress in all outstanding issues of Education in all its modalities, in Universities, in Technical Centers, in Primary, Secondary, Teacher Training... In Universities, we were saying, there are so many careers now, not only in person all over the country, but also in rural areas, via distance learning... A true Revolution!
And also advancing in the protection and promotion of Health, of course, with Health Care focusing on the typical ailments of these rainy seasons when, thanks be to God, the blessed waters, reaching us for the Good of Everyone, nourish and enable our crops, our production, our food security, the tables of homes and families and our exports, of course.
We are advancing in effective and fruitful complementarity with all the municipalities in their different programs: Housing, Streets, Roads, Parks, Sports Spaces, Recreation Spaces, Cultural Spaces, Production Spaces or for the promotion of Production, Entrepreneurship, Commerce, and everything corresponding to the development of a Sane, Healthy, Joyful Life, everything that helps us solve so many problems the years of neoliberal darkness left us !
From all the entities of our State and Government we work paying attention to all the pertinent issues, to make possible the maximum attention, from our different responsibilities, to the security of Families everywhere. Sovereign and Citizen Security which continues to be our Priority, so that Peace is consolidated and the fruits of Harmony multiply everywhere, in the form of Well-being.
We greet with affection, today, all the more than 1,500 homes and families in the different communities of our Blessed Homeland who have received their relatives for a new chance at Life, via that valuable Policy of Family Coexistence which our Government encourages and protects, the Government of the People President, through the Ministry of the Interior.
