En nombre del Pueblo y Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de la República de Nicaragua y en nuestro propio nombre, permítanos expresar nuestras más sinceras felicitaciones a Usted, así como a su Pueblo y Gobierno, en la ocasión especial de conmemorar el 67º Aniversario del Día de la República Centroafricana, este próximo 1ro. de Diciembre.
Al celebrar esta fecha histórica de Libertad y Dignidad Soberana, reconocemos la constante lucha del Hermano Pueblo Centroafricano, por la Paz, la Estabilidad y el Desarrollo con Justicia Social.
Orgullosos de la Herencia Africana que une al Pueblo y Gobierno de Nicaragua con el Pueblo y Gobierno de la República Centroafricana, reiteramos nuestra más firme voluntad de continuar fortaleciendo nuestras relaciones bilaterales, sobre la base de Solidaridad y Mutua Cooperación.

Dear Brother President,
On behalf of the People and Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of the Republic of Nicaragua and in our own behalf, allow us to express our most sincere congratulations to you, as well as to your People and Government, on the special occasion of commemorating the 67th Anniversary of the Day of the Central African Republic, this coming December 1st.
As we celebrate this historic date of Freedom and Sovereign Dignity, we recognize the constant struggle of the Brotherly Central African People, for Peace, Stability and Development with Social Justice.
