MENSAJE DEL GOBIERNO DE RECONCILIACIÓN Y UNIDAD NACIONAL DE LA REPÚBLICA DE NICARAGUA EN LA RECEPCIÓN CON MOTIVO DEL 4º ANIVERSARIO DEL RESTABLECIMIENTO DE LAS RELACIONES DIPLOMÁTICAS ENTRE CHINA Y NICARAGUA

En este día especial, permítanme transmitir los Saludos Fraternos y el Cariño de nuestros Co-Presidentes de la República, Comandante Daniel Ortega Saavedra y Compañera Rosario Murillo Zambrana, en ocasión de esta Hermosa Recepción con motivo de la Celebración del 4º Aniversario del Restablecimiento de las Relaciones Diplomáticas entre China y Nicaragua.
En este día también damos la Bienvenida al Compañero Qu Yuhui, como Embajador de la República Popular China ante Nicaragua reiterando nuestros mejores deseos de éxito.
Querido Embajador Qu Yuhui, como le decía al momento que presentó las Copias de sus Cartas Credenciales, estamos seguros que durante su misión seguiremos escribiendo este nuevo capítulo en la relación entre nuestras dos naciones, librando las batallas necesarias por la justicia, la paz y el bienestar de nuestros Pueblos.
La Hermandad entre China y Nicaragua está cimentada en los Lazos Históricos y Orígenes Revolucionarios del Glorioso Partido Comunista de China y el Frente Sandinista de Liberación Nacional, relaciones formalizadas en diciembre de 1985 durante el primer Gobierno Revolucionario Sandinista.
Sin embargo, los gobiernos neoliberales de los años 90’s suspendieron las relaciones entre nuestros países. No obstante, nuestros liderazgos políticos nunca dejaron de mantener la llama encendida de nuestra relación histórica y revolucionaria a través de nuestras instancias políticas y partidarias.
El 9 de diciembre de 2021 restablecimos los vínculos que nos unen como Pueblos Hermanos y Naciones Soberanas. Desde entonces hemos consolidado con enorme rapidez los Lazos Históricos de Hermandad, Solidaridad, Fraternidad y Cooperación entre nuestros Pueblos, Gobiernos y Partidos. Bajo el firme liderazgo y la visión clara del Presidente Xi Jinping, el Comandante Daniel Ortega Saavedra y la Compañera Rosario Murillo, hemos constituido una Asociación Estratégica para enfrentar los desafíos del mundo actual, participar de la construcción del Nuevo Orden Mundial Multipolar, más Justo, más Solidario, en Paz, Seguridad y Bienestar y relaciones de beneficio mutuo para la prosperidad nuestros Pueblos.
Estimados Compañeros y Compañeras,
Esta Celebración es propicia para reiterar nuestro consistente reconocimiento al principio de Una Sola China y que el Gobierno de la República Popular China es el Único Gobierno Legítimo que representa a toda China; así como nuestro invariable apoyo a las distintas Iniciativas propuestas por la República Popular China, incluyendo la Iniciativa de Desarrollo Global, la Iniciativa de la Franja y la Ruta, la Iniciativa de Seguridad Global, la Iniciativa de Civilización Global, la Iniciativa para la Gobernanza de la Inteligencia Artificial y la Iniciativa para la Gobernanza Global, las cuales respaldamos por ser iniciativas positivamente ambiciosas, oportunas, justas y necesarias que promueven el avance de los pueblos hacia un mundo mejor, de convivencia pacífica y de ganancia compartida para todos los Pueblos del Mundo.
Esta ocasión también es propicia para reafirmar nuestro reconocimiento al innegable liderazgo mundial de China, la grandeza de su Pueblo y los grandes avances económicos, tecnológicos, políticos y sociales a favor de una Comunidad de Futuro Compartido, un Mundo de Paz, Seguridad y Solidaridad.
El Pueblo Nicaragüense recuerda, reconoce y agradece de corazón, el apoyo y el acompañamiento solidario de la Hermana República Popular China a los esfuerzos de nuestro Gobierno en la lucha contra la pobreza, por el bienestar y la paz en Nicaragua.
El fortalecimiento, la amplitud y la profundidad en las Relaciones de Hermandad y Solidaridad entre Nicaragua y la República Popular China es un gran ejemplo de como dos Pueblos podemos avanzar juntos cuando partimos de ideales compartidos de justicia, solidaridad, respeto y beneficio mutuo.
Continuaremos estrechando nuestras relaciones bilaterales y cooperando activamente en los espacios internacionales para asegurar el respeto al derecho internacional, la defensa de la soberanía y el anhelo de nuestros Pueblos de vivir en un mundo seguro, sin imposiciones, sin hegemonías y libre de amenazas.
Estimado Embajador Qu Yuhui,
Reiteramos el firme compromiso del Gobierno de Reconciliación y Unidad Nacional de Nicaragua de seguir construyendo entendimiento virtuoso con la Hermana República Popular China, fortaleciendo los vínculos que nos unen y contribuyendo al desarrollo de nuestros pueblos.

On this special day, allow me to convey the Fraternal Greetings and Affection of our Co-Presidents of the Republic, Comandante Daniel Ortega Saavedra and Compañera Rosario Murillo Zambrana, on the occasion of this Beautiful Reception for the Celebration of the 4th Anniversary of the Re-establishment of Diplomatic Relations between China and Nicaragua.
On this day we also welcome Comrade Qu Yuhui, as Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to Nicaragua reiterating our best wishes for success.
Beloved Ambassador Qu Yuhui, as I was saying at the time you presented the Copies of your Diplomatic Credentials, we are sure that during your mission we will continue writing this new chapter in the relationship between our two nations, waging the necessary battles for justice, peace and the well-being of our Peoples.
The Brotherhood between China and Nicaragua is based on the Historical Ties and Revolutionary Origins of the Glorious Communist Party of China and the Sandinista National Liberation Front, relations formalized in December 1985 during the first Sandinista Revolutionary Government.
However, the neoliberal governments of the 90's suspended relations between our countries. Even so, our political leaderships always sustained the flame of our historical and revolutionary relationship burning through our political and party instances.
On December 9th 2021, we re-established the ties that unite us as Fraternal Peoples and Sovereign Nations. Since then we have consolidated with tremendous speed the Historical Bonds of Brother and Sisterhood, Solidarity, Fraternity and Cooperation between our Peoples, Governments and Parties. Under the firm leadership and
clear vision of President Xi Jinping, Comandante Daniel Ortega Saavedra and Compañera Rosario Murillo, we have established a Strategic Partnership to face the challenges of today's world, participate in the construction of the New Multipolar World Order, one more Just, more Supportive, of Peace, Security and Well-being and mutually beneficial relations for the prosperity of our Peoples.
Beloved Colleagues and Companions,
This Celebration is conducive to repeating our consistent recognition of the One-China principle and that the Government of the People's Republic of China is the Only Legitimate Government representing the whole of China; as well as our unwavering support for the various Initiatives proposed by the People's Republic
of China, including the Global Development Initiative, the Belt and Road Initiative, the Global Security Initiative, the Global Civilization Initiative, the Artificial Intelligence Governance Initiative and the Global Governance Initiative, all of which we support as positively ambitious, timely, equitable and necessary initiatives that promote the advancement of Peoples towards a better world, of peaceful coexistence and shared gain for all the Peoples of the World.
This occasion is also propitious to reaffirm our recognition of China's undeniable global leadership, the greatness of its People and the great economic, technological, political and social advances towards a Community of Shared Future, a World of Peace, Security and Solidarity.
The Nicaraguan people remembers, recognizes and sincerely thanks the support and solidarity accompaniment of the Sister People's Republic of China for our Government’s efforts in the fight against poverty, for well-being and peace in Nicaragua.
The reinforcement, breadth and depth in the Relations of Brother and Sisterhood and Solidarity between Nicaragua and the People's Republic of China is a great example of how two Peoples can move forward together when both of us start from shared ideals of justice, solidarity, respect and mutual benefit.
We will continue to strengthen our bilateral relations and actively cooperate in international arenas to ensure respect for international law, the defense of sovereignty and the desire of our Peoples to live in a safe world, without impositions, with no hegemony and free from threats.
Beloved Ambassador Qu Yuhui,
We reiterate the firm commitment of the Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of Nicaragua to continue building a rightful understanding with the Sister People's Republic of China, strengthening the ties that unite us and contributing to the development of our Peoples.
May the Relations between the People's Republic of China and the Republic of Nicaragua live forever!
